Software Engineer Trainee

The responsibilities for this position include ensuring learning outcomes, developing lesson plans, designing and delivering classroom sessions (both Technical & Non-Technical), conducting workshops, providing mentorship for students, conducting placement training, monitoring and evaluating student learning, managing placement processes and activities, preparing reports, and managing stakeholders. Candidates are required to have a Graduation degree in tech (Computer Science, Information Technology) or a relevant tech background (work experience, self-learning, projects, etc.). 2026 graduates are eligible to apply for both the Fellowship and the Internship. 3rd & 4th Year students can apply for the Internship, which may later be converted into a Fellowship. Strong aptitude in critical thinking and problem-solving is essential. The candidate should also have a belief in the Code India Fellowship's mission of using education to empower young women with agency and financial independence. Commitment to a one-year fellowship or a six-month internship is required, focusing on facilitating learning for young women and girls at NavGurukul while emphasizing self-growth.
