Were looking for a product-minded Software Engineer with 2\u20133 years of experience to help build, scale, and improve our core product at Spendflo. Youll work closely with senior engineers, designers, and product managers to ship features that users love with quality, speed, and ownership.

What Youll Do
  • Build backend services and frontend components for new product features
  • Work with product and design to scope and ship user-facing features
  • Write clean, testable, and scalable code across the stack
  • Review code, write documentation, and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Debug production issues and participate in regular release cycles
  • Learn and grow alongside senior engineers and engineering leads
    What Were Looking For
    • 2\u20133 years of experience building web applications using modern frameworks
    • Solid foundation in at least one backend language (Node.js, TypeScript, Java)
    • Experience with REST APIs, databases (MongoDB/PostgreSQL), and basic cloud services (AWS/GCP)
    • Exposure to frontend frameworks (React preferred)
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Curiosity to learn, willingness to take feedback, and a collaborative mindset
      Bonus Points
      • Experience working in a fast-paced product company or startup
      • Exposure to CI/CD, observability, or DevOps workflows
      • Familiarity with microservices or event-driven systems
