Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on design and development expertise in ServiceNow, supporting various consulting initiatives.
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow engagements, collaborating with architects, SMEs, and process consultants.
Configure and build integrations with tools such as SCCM and SCOM.
Develop enhancements on the ServiceNow platform for ITSM and ITOM modules.
Set up ITOM Discovery, configure CMDB health dashboards, and monitor health metrics.
Analyze business problems and opportunities, considering constraints, goals, budgets, and timelines.
Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Document solutions and obtain necessary approvals.
Execute technical solutions in the capacity of a Senior Consultant.
Contribute to the development of Fujitsu's intellectual property solutions in ServiceNow.
Mentor and coach junior developers.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITSM, CSM, and GRC.
Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide API, and Jelly.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools such as SCCM and SCOM.
Sound understanding of CMDB configuration, discovery, and data reconciliation.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and DevOps processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience mentoring junior team members and working in a collaborative team environment.
