Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business partners to gather and interpret requirements for ServiceNow-based solutions.
Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
Create and maintain solution architecture, technical design documents, and process workflows.
Develop using Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
Build ServiceNow portals leveraging AngularJS and integrate external systems via SOAP and REST APIs.
Work on modules such as HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center.
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through testing and optimization.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) for continuous delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow Scripting.
Strong understanding of ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
Experience with web service integrations (SOAP, REST).
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
