MES Architect

Role Overview:

MES Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the

  MES/MOM architectural vision

  and technical roadmap.
• Design

  end-to-end MES solutions

  aligned with enterprise IT and manufacturing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including

  ERP, SCADA, PLM, and IIoT

  for integrated system design.
• Ensure alignment with

  ISA-95

  ,

  MESA

  , and other industry standards.
• Lead MES architecture design reviews, scalability assessments, and performance optimizations.
  
• Guide and mentor technical teams on best practices in MES solution implementation.
  
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive

  Industry 4.0

  initiatives.
• Support global MES deployments, upgrades, and standardization.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solution compliance with business and IT governance.
  
• Ensure cybersecurity, data consistency, and interoperability across MES environments.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1420 years of total IT experience

  with at least

  8+ years in MES/MOM domain

  .
• Proven experience with

  Siemens Opcenter (Camstar)

  ,

  Apriso (Dassault DELMIA)

  , or other major MES platforms.
• Strong understanding of

  manufacturing operations

  ,

  process automation

  , and

  shop floor systems

  .
• Integration expertise with

  ERP (SAP/Oracle)

  ,

  SCADA

  ,

  IIoT

  , and

  PLM

  systems.
• Deep knowledge of

  ISA-95

  ,

  MESA standards

  , and

  Industry 4.0

  principles.
• Experience with

  Agile/SCRUM methodologies

  and global delivery models.
• Excellent

  communication, leadership, and stakeholder management

  skills.
