MES Architect

As the MES Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical design, architecture, and implementation strategy of DELMIA Apriso-based MES solutions. Your role will involve ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of the MES ecosystem while aligning with enterprise manufacturing processes and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Define and design the end-to-end architecture for Apriso MES implementations. - Translate business and manufacturing requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Apriso technical solutions. - Lead technical workshops with business, functional, and IT stakeholders. - Oversee system design, module configurations, and custom development in line with Apriso best practices. - Define integration architecture with ERP, SCADA, PLC, and other enterprise systems. - Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and deployment methodologies. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance and throughput across environments. - Perform proactive performance tuning at application, database, and integration levels to ensure optimal response times and stability. - Define and implement performance KPIs, monitoring dashboards, and system health checks. - Provide technical guidance to development teams to ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability. - Support the full project lifecycle from requirement analysis and design to go-live and post-implementation stabilization. - Evaluate and recommend upgrades, patches, and new capabilities in the DELMIA Apriso platform. - Collaborate closely with MES Delivery Managers and Business Analysts for seamless solution delivery. Required Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of experience in MES/MOM solutions, with 5+ years specifically in DELMIA Apriso. - Strong expertise in Apriso FlexNet framework, Business Processes, and MES modules (Production, Quality, Time & Labor, Maintenance, etc.). - Deep understanding of Apriso BPM, BOs, Rules, and Master Data models. - Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, XML, JavaScript, and Apriso SDK. - Proven experience in performance analysis, profiling, and optimization for large-scale Apriso deployments. - Strong understanding of database indexing, stored procedure tuning, and integration performance. - Experience integrating Apriso with ERP (SAP preferred), SCADA, or other enterprise systems via Web Services or Middleware. - Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing domain processes (Discrete or Process industries). - Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing technical teams. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering fields. - Apriso/DELMIA Certification preferred. - Experience with MES deployments across multiple plants or global rollouts. - Familiarity with Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE platform. - Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD, and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Application Insights, SQL Profiler, or Dynatrace).,
