Configuration Business Analyst

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Onboard new client configurations and maintain existing client changes.
• Update production configurations at employer, administrator, and system levels on Enterprise platforms.
• Provide business analysis support to client management teams.
• Conduct peg and funding analysis/support for Financial Operations and Client Management teams.
• Query production databases to verify configuration changes.
• Support infrastructure and software releases during checkout periods as needed.
• Represent the Configuration and Analysis team in meetings with other Benefit Accounts and Individual Marketplace teams.
• Research production issues using the Acclaim Portal and other tools.
• Assist with auditing production database changes for SOC, Internal Audit, and other requirements.
• Be flexible with task assignments and perform quality checks.
• Collaborate with team members and consult supervisors/SMEs for resolutions.
• Share observations on process improvements and seek in-depth knowledge.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and RDBMS concepts.
• Hands-on experience with C#.NET for configuration and analysis tasks.
• Knowledge of SQL Server database design and querying.
• Experience in business analysis, documentation, and requirements gathering.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues using analytical and technical skills.
• Familiarity with configuration management and auditing processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to benefit administration or financial systems (preferred).
