Software Engineer - React

As a Software Engineer specializing in React.js, your role will be that of an independent contributor where you will be expected to gather and comprehend requirements, propose enhancements, and autonomously deliver high-quality solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing new user interface components utilizing React.js. - Constructing reusable components and front-end libraries for future utilization. - Translating designs and wireframes into well-structured, maintainable code. - Writing unit test cases to verify component reliability, functionality, and performance. - Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. - Upholding elevated standards of code quality and ensuring compatibility across various browsers. - Collaborating with back-end developers, product managers, and designers to facilitate the integration of graphical design with technical implementation. - Remaining informed about emerging trends and technologies in front-end development. In terms of mandatory skills, you are required to possess: - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, encompassing DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. - A thorough understanding of React.js and its fundamental principles. - Experience with prevalent React.js workflows such as Redux or Flux. - Proficiency in Node.js for server-side development. - Familiarity with newer ECMAScript specifications (ES6+). - Hands-on experience in writing unit tests using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or similar. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs. - Understanding of modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token (JWT). - Strong comprehension of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards. - Deep expertise and practical experience with web applications, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and APIs. - Experience with common front-end build tools and package managers like Babel, Webpack, NPM, Yarn, etc. - Good grasp of Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps. - Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
