Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, ensuring high performance and optimal user experience.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable code and components.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Build reusable code and front-end libraries for future use.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented JavaScript code using best practices.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and technical discussions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and UI issues across browsers and platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest React updates, front-end technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Technical Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern responsive design techniques
- Strong knowledge of React Hooks, Context API, and State Management libraries like Redux
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous data handling, and integration techniques
- Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Babel
- Version control proficiency using Git
- Exposure to unit testing with tools like Jest, React Testing Library (preferred)
Nice To Have
- Experience with TypeScript and Next.js
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
