Software Engineer (Node.js,MongoDB,JavaScript)

We are seeking a Software Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in backend and frontend development using Node.js, MongoDB, JavaScript, and related web technologies. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to jQuery, ReactJS (preferred), and modern AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot. Familiarity with unit testing, version control, and project management tools is essential. You will work closely with our development team to build scalable, high-performance web applications.

Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and MongoDB.

Build interactive and responsive web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.

Work with ReactJS for modern front-end development (preferred).

Leverage AI-powered coding tools like GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency (preferred).

Write unit and integration tests using tools like Vitest, Chai, or Mocha (preferred).

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, testers, and project managers.

Maintain code quality and follow best development practices.

Use Git for version control and Jira or similar project management tools for task tracking.

Stay updated with the latest development trends, tools, and technologies.

Participate in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Engage in testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

Stay updated with modern development trends and best practices.

Educational background Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Technical background Candidates who have completed relevant coursework, training programs, certifications, or personal projects in Node.js, React, or related technologies will be preferred.

Strong Strong knowledge of Node.js and backend development concepts.

Proficient in MongoDB and understanding of NoSQL databases.

Solid experience with Client side JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

Knowledge of Git for version control and Jira for project management.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Basic understanding of ReactJS or willingness to work on it.

Familiarity with AI-based development tools like GitHub Copilot

Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Vitest, Mocha, or Chai

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Exposure to RESTful API development and integration.
