Software Engineer (.Net)

Role Overview: As a Software Engineer(.Net) with 2 to 5 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and formalize users" business requirements and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and formalize users" business requirements and processes - Evaluate the feasibility of implementation and manage the project scope - Conduct gap analysis of current business processes to identify improvement opportunities - Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications and Use Case Specifications - Develop detailed technical design specifications and translate them into process/program specifications - Make changes to configurable items including hardware, software, and documentation - Translate specifications into program codes following program guidelines and best practices - Develop unit test packages, automate and execute tests, and document test results to ensure program quality - Participate in code reviews, integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test, and implementation activities - Prepare and maintain system documentation, user manual, and operations manual - Plan and facilitate training for users and operators - Provide post-implementation support including production support and service requests - Escalate and discuss critical issues such as scope creep with relevant managers Qualifications Required: - 2 to 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer (.Net) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Experience in customer and vendor management - Ability to build rapport with users and technical staff, and manage their expectations - Proficiency in technical design specifications and program coding conforming to best practices Please note that there are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.,
