Software Engineer

As a skilled Software IT Engineer at MS Clinical Research, you will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, configuring and maintaining VPN networks, and supporting internal users with Microsoft Office, CRM, and other enterprise applications. Your strong technical background in IT support, network configuration, and software troubleshooting will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - VPN Configuration & Maintenance: Your tasks will involve setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting VPN networks to ensure secure remote access for employees. - Microsoft Office Expertise: You will provide technical support for Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and effectively resolve any user issues related to these applications. - CRM Management: Assisting in the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRM software used by the company will be a key part of your role. - IT Support & Troubleshooting: You will be responsible for providing desktop, software, and network support to employees, efficiently resolving technical issues as they arise. - System Security & Compliance: Ensuring that IT systems comply with security policies and data protection regulations will be an essential aspect of your responsibilities. - Network & Server Maintenance: Monitoring and maintaining company networks, servers, and cloud-based systems will be crucial for the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure. - Software & Hardware Management: Installing, updating, and managing software applications, hardware devices, and IT assets will be part of your daily tasks. - User Training & Documentation: Conducting training sessions for employees on IT tools and best practices, as well as maintaining IT documentation, will be important for promoting IT literacy within the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required. - Proven experience in VPN configuration and network security is essential. - Strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) is a must. - Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or any other CRM) is preferred. - Solid understanding of Windows and Mac OS environments is necessary for this role. - Knowledge of IT security, firewalls, and remote access protocols is required. - Experience with troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues will be beneficial. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are important for success in this position.,
