The Essentials:

Experience: A minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in software development.
Tech Stack: Demonstrated proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem . You know your way around MVC and .NET.
Foundations: Solid grasp of OOP principles , SQL database concepts , and Data Structures . You write clean, testable code.
Education: Bachelors degree from a recognized university.
