Java Developer

Experience: 2–3 years

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Java Developer with 2–3 years of experience, who is not only proficient in Java and Spring Boot but also comfortable with deployment cycles using Jenkins pipelines and AWS ECS. You’ll be expected to contribute to backend development and take ownership of writing and maintaining deployment scripts for new and existing server environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable Java-based applications.
• Design, build, and optimize clean, efficient, and reusable Java code.
• Write and maintain Jenkins pipeline scripts for CI/CD processes, especially for AWS ECS.
• Handle deployments by managing ECS tasks and services efficiently.
• Collaborate with DevOps and backend teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and system issues.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Stay up to date with new tools, technologies, and best practices in backend development and cloud deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate.
• Experience with Java 11/21 and strong understanding of OOP concepts.
• Hands-on experience with relational/nosql databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDb).
• Strong knowledge of REST API development for high-scale systems.
• Prior experience in CI/CD tools – particularly Jenkins (scripted or declarative pipelines).
• Familiarity with AWS ECS for managing containerized deployments.
• Understanding of Docker and containerization concepts.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AngularJS or other frontend JavaScript frameworks.
• Exposure to Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda, S3, Redis, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
