Software Engineer (Integrations)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend integrations using Python/JavaScript.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external developers to ensure seamless integration with our SaaS platform.
• Provide technical support to customers via email, calls, and screen-share sessions.
• Work on debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving integration-related issues.
• Document integration processes, FAQs, and technical solutions for internal and external use.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, APIs, and technologies relevant to integrations.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0–1 year of experience in backend development or technical support (internship experience also considered).
• Hands-on knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js preferred).
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON/XML data formats.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to dive deep into technical issues.
• Good communication skills for handling client queries over email, calls, and demos.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
  

Good to Have

• Exposure to SaaS products and integrations.
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role.
