Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using
Node.js
and
TypeScript
.
Build and manage containerized applications using
Docker
, and orchestrate them using
Kubernetes
.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver end-to-end features.
Implement and maintain APIs for internal and external services.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Contribute to architectural decisions and optimize systems for speed and scalability.
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues as part of the engineering team’s on-call rotation (if applicable).

Required Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in backend development with
Node.js
and
TypeScript
.
Hands-on experience with
Docker
for containerization and
Kubernetes
for orchestration.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and test-driven development.
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
