Job Opening: Junior Back-End Developer (AI-Enabled SAAS | Secure, Scalable, Cloud-Native)

Bangalore, India (In-Office - 3 Days/Week)

Join our engineering team as a Junior Back-End Developer supporting the development of secure, scalable, AI-powered SAAS products. You will work closely with senior engineers to implement robust back-end systems, integrate AI/ML APIs (including Claude, OpenAI, Hugging Face), and ensure high-quality, reliable code. • Implement and maintain back-end services and APIs as per design specifications.
• Integrate AI/ML APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) into production systems under senior guidance.
• LLM Integration: Work with leading LLMs, applying expertise in prompt engineering and context engineering to fine-tune model behavior and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code (Python preferred; Node.js/Java also considered).
• AI Agent Development: Design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using frameworks like CrewAI and AutoGen to automate complex tasks and workflows.
• Collaborate with front-end and data teams for seamless feature delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• API Development: Develop and maintain robust, scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js to serve our AI applications.
• Backend Systems: Build and optimize backend services using Python to support our core AI logic and data processing pipelines.
• Follow secure coding practices and contribute to documentation.
• Learn and apply best practices in cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker).

• 1-3 years of hands-on back-end development experience (Python preferred; Node.js/Java also considered).
• Experience building RESTful APIs; exposure to GraphQL is a plus.
• Exposure to integrating AI/ML APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar) is highly valued.
• Familiarity with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and collaborative development.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and automated testing is a plus.
• Willingness to learn front-end basics for minor UI changes is a plus.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI).
• Exposure to MLOps tools or serverless architectures.
• Contributions to open-source or personal projects.
• Experience working on advanced architectural patterns such as MCP, A2A would be added advantage.

• Eagerness to learn and grow under senior mentorship.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and documentation habits.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore (3 days/week).
