About the Position:

Senior QA Engineer

Key Responsibilites:

• Lead QA activities across projects, ensuring adherence to testing standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API test coverage.
• Create, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Perform manual testing to validate new features, identify gaps, and ensure product stability.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to define acceptance criteria and improve product quality.
• Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution and quality checks.
• Analyze test results, debug issues, and report defects with clear documentation and reproducible steps.
• Mentor junior QA team members, review their work, and provide guidance on best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Ensure product performance, reliability, and scalability through rigorous manual and automated testing practices.

Required skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience

  in manual and automation testing, with demonstrated ownership of QA processes.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in

  Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript

  .
• Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as

  Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest

  .
• Strong understanding of

  API testing

  (Postman, RestAssured, Karate, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of manual testing concepts:

  test planning, regression, bug lifecycle, UAT, smoke testing, exploratory testing

  .
• Experience working with

  CI/CD tools

  (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Proficiency in

  Git

  and version control best practices.
• Strong understanding of

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies and team collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate tasks within a QA team.
