Department – Quality Management Title – Software Engineer II Location – Chandigarh No. of Positions – 1 Experience – 3 Years to 6 Years Job Type – Full-Time Shift Timings – IST/ PST (Flexible to work in different shifts based on project requirements) Key Responsibilities: Perform functional testing and follow manual testing processes. Develop and execute test cases based on user stories and business requirements. Identify, log, track, and verify bugs using test management tools like Jira. Analyze requirements for potential gaps and suggest improvements. Create detailed test documentation, including test plans and reports. Conduct API testing as part of quality assurance processes. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product quality. Adapt to changing work priorities based on client needs. Maintain clear communication with clients and team members. Required Qualifications: Strong experience in manual testing, including functional testing, test case execution, and defect tracking. Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes. Proficiency in using test management tools like Jira. Good understanding of API testing. Knowledge on database testing is must and should be able to write sql queries. Strong analytical skills to identify and address requirement gaps. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to work from the office. Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in automation testing. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
