Software Engineer - II

You will be joining Bank of America's Global Business Services team as a Technology Solutions Leader for the GBDART strategic initiative. Your role will involve providing leadership, technical direction, and oversight to a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex applications. You will align technical solutions with business objectives, ensure coding practices comply with software development standards, and manage multiple software implementations while demonstrating expertise across various technical competencies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team with 10+ years of experience in team leadership, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments. - Hands-on development experience in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience in enterprise-level architecture and solution-based development. - Architectural design skills and design thinking (desirable). - Proficiency in OpenShift containers, OAuth, SSO, and Python FastAPI development. - Manage stakeholders, primarily with US-based leadership and teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA. - Preferred Certifications: React, Python with SQL. - Experience Range: 6 to 12 years. - Foundational Skills: Knowledge of SDLC, Windows, Linux, database systems, systems engineering, problem-solving, information security principles. - Desired Skills: Effective communication, familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
