What You’ll Do

• Build

  backend services, APIs, and integrations

  Python / JavaScript

• Develop

  AI-native workflows

  using LLMs for voice and chat use cases
• Write and iterate

  AI prompts

  to handle real-world conversational edge cases
• Implement

  RAG pipelines

  to ground AI responses in business data
• Debug

  live production issues

  using logs and monitoring
• Decide when solutions should be

  custom, reusable, or productized

• Collaborate with core engineering to upstream scalable learnings

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Strong fundamentals in

  Python or JavaScript

• Experience building

  production backend systems

• Hands-on with

  LLMs via APIs

  (OpenAI / Claude / Gemini)
• Practical

  prompt engineering

  experience
• Working knowledge of

  RAG systems

• REST APIs, webhooks, async processing
• Git, PRs, and code reviews
