Strong Java Programming Skills:
Proficiency in Java, including object-oriented programming concepts and data structures.

Expertise in Selenium WebDriver:
In-depth knowledge of Selenium WebDriver API, locators, and handling various web elements.

Experience with Test Automation Frameworks:
Familiarity with test automation frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.

Understanding of Software Testing Principles:
Knowledge of software QA methodologies, testing types (e.g., functional, regression), and defect management processes.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze complex issues, troubleshoot problems, and devise effective solutions.

Communication and Teamwork:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Version Control:
Experience with version control systems like Git.

API Testing (Desirable):
Experience with API testing using tools like Rest Assured or Postman is often a plus.
