You would be part of a high performance team that you would be required to collaborate and work. You would be expected to deliver on your core skills and develop additional skills on the job. You will be a part of the offshore team working with a number of our customer who are ISVS. Typical activities that would be expected are Program and deliver as per the scope provided by your manager. Actively participate in the discussions/scrum meetings to comprehend and understand your scope of work. Proactively reach out to others when you need assistance and to showcase your work, work independently on your assigned work. Requirements More than 5 years of experience in software development. Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web solutions with TypeScript. Develop web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.). Build and deploy applications using AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, etc...) through IaC (CDK). Practice and promote the use of TDD, ensuring quality in products. Design and development of SQL databases. Functional knowledge of AWS Services. Knowledge and use of AWS CDK for infrastructure provisioning and deployment. Deep knowledge of TDD and experience applying it in production systems. Strong belief in Pair Programming and commitment to collaborative development. Comfort with XP practices, such as continuous integration, collective code ownership, and frequent deliveries. Experience working with Continuous Delivery pipelines and automated deployments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for an XP-based team. Ability to negotiate and align technical decisions with business objectives. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on the efficient delivery of functional software.
