Job Overview:
As an SDR, you will play a critical role in our sales team by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales process to ensure our companys growth in North America. You will engage with potential customers, qualify opportunities, and set up meetings for the sales team. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in a testing services company
and is passionate about sales, technology, and driving results. The ideal candi should also be able to work in U.S. business hours
to support our North American operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Proactively identify, research, and generate high-quality leads through outbound activities including cold calling, email outreach, and attending virtual events. -
Qualifying Prospects:
Conduct initial qualification calls to assess potential customers needs, budget, and ision-making process to determine if they are a good fit for our solutions. -
Presales Support:
Assist the sales team in the early stages of the sales cycle by scheduling product demos, sending follow-up information, and answering initial questions about our offerings. -
ket Research:
Stay up-to- on industry trends, competitor offerings, and North American ket conditions to understand customer pain points and tailor outreach strategies accordingly. -
CRM Management:
Accurately manage and up lead information, interactions, and opportunity status in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure effective lead tracking and reporting. -
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers to hand off qualified leads and ensure smooth transitions through the sales process. -
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed thly/quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs. -
Work in U.S. Timings:
Maintain a work schedule that aligns with U.S. business hours
to effectively engage with North American leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business, keting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

7 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or presales role, with a
preference for experience in a testing services company

Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through outbound outreach (calls, emails).

Strong understanding of the North American ket and business landscape.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, keting, and customer success.

Availability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern or Pacific Time) based on team needs.
Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or technology sales, particularly within the testing services or IT services industry.
