Software Engineer

As a Field Officer at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing our farmer partnerships. Your responsibilities will include: - Expanding Farmizens partner network by on-boarding new farmers - Organizing community outreach programs to introduce the Farmizen model to farmers - Coordinating with farm supervisors, farmers, agronomists, customer success team, and delivery fleet to meet SLA of day-to-day operations - Ensuring farmer success through training on production techniques and usage of the Farmizen partner app - Identifying necessary interventions for farmer success - Undertaking field visits to partner farms to identify opportunities for improvement - Documenting KPIs for farm operations - Building relationships with irrigation providers and input suppliers To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate in at least one local language in addition to English. You should also be open to traveling to rural areas with Bangalore as a home base and be willing to stay near specific cluster locations when continued presence is required at one area for a few weeks at a time.
