Role Overview: As an IT Strategy Senior Manager Consultant at EY, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on IT strategy, digital transformation, and technology consulting. Your role will involve developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business goals, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and digital technologies. You will lead large-scale IT projects, ensuring successful integration and stakeholder management. Additionally, you will be expected to articulate business requirements and translate them into technology solutions, while staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on IT strategy, digital transformation, and technology consulting - Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals - Lead large-scale IT projects with a focus on IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and digital technologies - Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure successful integration of technology solutions - Articulate business requirements and translate them into technology solutions - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT strategy and digital transformation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 10+ years of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, and technology consulting - Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and digital technologies - Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business goals - Excellent understanding of enterprise architecture and IT governance - Strong project management skills, with experience in leading large-scale IT projects - Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, COBIT, or similar - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process preferred - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Highly accountable and takes ownership of work - Ability to articulate business requirements and translate them into technology solutions - Experience in integration projects with multiple stakeholders Company Details: EY is a global leader operating in more than 150 countries, delivering unparalleled service in Consulting and assisting clients in transforming and upskilling their capabilities.
