As a Software Engineer in SAP FI-CA, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing end-to-end solutions within H&M Group s global SAP platform. You will act as a bridge between business functions and technical teams, driving compliance, quality, and efficiency in our financial and supply chain solutions.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with Product Managers to gather and prioritize requirements for ongoing initiatives.
Design and implement complex SAP FI-CA solutions, ensuring alignment with the global template.
Configure SAP, plan and execute testing, deploy to production, and provide post-go-live support.
Optimize existing solutions for performance and efficiency.
Oversee integrations with other SAP modules (SD & GL) and external systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP FI-CA issues in collaboration with technical teams.
Drive business process optimization and automation to identify efficiency gains.
Collaborate with external consultants and vendors on specialized SAP FI-CA initiatives.
Seamlessly integrate legally compliant sales data into SAP ECC.
Ensure efficient payment processes and deliver end-to-end accounting and controlling solutions.
Operate at scale with high volume, speed, and quality, supporting omni-channel capabilities across online and store.
Serve as a reliable source of sales data for stakeholders worldwide.

Strong understanding of SD FI-CA integration.
Knowledge of payment processes for B2C.
Proficiency in configuring inbound, outbound, and internal processes.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Flexible, dynamic, and eager to work in less formalized setups.
ABAP debugging.
Hands-on experience with external system integrations.
Good MS Office skills for documentation and presentations.
Strategic and analytical, with strong execution skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive mindset, with ownership and drive for continuous improvement.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams.
