Role Overview

• 
  

  Design, develop, and enhance solutions across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.



• 
  

  Configure business rules, product models, and UI components using Gosu and Java.



• 
  

  Build and optimize integrations using REST, SOAP, and messaging APIs.



• 
  

  Participate in full SDLC design, build, testing, deployment, and production support.



• 
  

  Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues independently.



• 
  

  Contribute to internal BlitzenX accelerators that cut implementation time for clients.



• 
  

  Continuously upskill and pursue Guidewire certifications under BlitzenXs learning framework.

Requirements

• 
  

  2+ years of hands-on software development experience (Java preferred).



• 
  

  Strong command of OOP, design patterns, and clean coding principles.



• 
  

  Exposure to enterprise applications, APIs, or integration projects.



• 
  

  Quick learner with the discipline to master Guidewire technologies through structured training.



• 
  

  Strong analytical and debugging skills.



• 
  

  Excellent communication, ownership, and accountability mindset.
