Job Description

Basic Linux and networking knowledge is greatly appreciated - able to know ping, nslookup, IP address, DNS concept, ssh etc
Relevant experience in datacenter operations or related MNC environment of working with servers/ devices
Here we work on UPS and Power distribution units which provide power to servers and other network switches
Good excel and documentation knowledge, email etiquette and good communication4
Require incident management, change management and any ticketing tool experience is good
Should have Device replacements experience like working with vendors like HP, Dell, Park place, APC Shneider electric etc
Need to work in rotational shifts, show interest in working from office (morning and afternoon), work from home (night shifts only)6
Work with enthusiasm to learn concepts faster, meeting deadlines, to be available in weekends sometimes when activities are planned (rare scenarios)
