Job Description

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Architect and implement complex business logic using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flows.
Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).
Guide junior engineers and perform code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure platform security, performance optimization, and compliance with governance policies.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using tools like Codefresh,etc
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and ecosystem tools, and proactively suggest improvements.
Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Provide L3 production support and work on fixing production problems.
