Job Description

As a Software Engineer (Adoption) at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects. Your responsibilities will include planning, budgeting, and ensuring adherence to quality and governance standards. You will lead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence to enhance customer experiences through cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities: - Experience with Permissions and Profiles where policy as code is used to define permission roles, alongside security model paradigms such as ReBAC, ABAC, and RBAC. - Proficiency in Java, BDD testing concepts, and Public Cloud (AWS). - Understanding of authorization and authentication technologies like Policy as Code, IAM, and IAM solutions (PingGateway, PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS). Highly valued skills: - Willingness to disrupt and challenge the norm constructively. - Strong relationship building skills, patience, and resilience to drive changes in thinking and practices. - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical teams. - Desired experience with Ping solutions (PingGateway, PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS). Qualifications Required: - Assessments based on key critical skills such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills. In this role based in Pune, your purpose will be to design, develop, and enhance software using various engineering methodologies to provide capabilities for customers and colleagues. Additional Company Details: - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Stay updated on industry technology trends and contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence. - Adhere to secure coding practices and implement effective unit testing for reliable software solutions. As an Assistant Vice President, you are expected to advise, influence decision-making, and lead a team to deliver impactful work. For individual contributors, leading collaborative assignments and guiding team members will be essential.
