Software Engineer (Adoption)

As a Software Engineer (Adoption) at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects. Your responsibilities will include planning, budgeting, ensuring agreed quality standards, and maintaining governance standards. You will lead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence to revolutionize our digital offerings and provide unparalleled customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensure that the code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives. - Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing, and stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations. - Adhere to secure coding practices, implement effective unit testing practices, and mitigate vulnerabilities to protect sensitive data and ensure secure software solutions. Qualifications Required: - Experience with Permissions and Profiles, including policy as code, Relationship Based Access Control (ReBAC), Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC), and Role Based Access Control (RBAC). - Proficiency in Java, BDD testing concepts, and Public Cloud (AWS). - Understanding of authorization and authentication technologies such as Policy as Code, IAM, and IAM solutions (PingGateway, PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS). - Highly valued skills include a willingness to challenge the norm constructively, relationship building skills, ability to translate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical teams, and experience with Ping solutions (PingGateway, PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS).
