Job title: ======= Software Development Test Lead - BFSI Domain x3 Job Location: =========== Dubai Qatar Saudi Arabia Project Duration: ============== 2 Years Initially, Extendable Work type: =============== Work from office Desired Experience Level: ==================== 5- 10 Years Overall IT Experience: 5 to 10 Years Experience Need minimum solid 3 Years as Test Engineer or above with preferably Microsoft Technologies Vertical Technologies with Python , Robot - Framework/Selenium Resposibilities ============ Designing and Developing Test Automation Frameworks Writing and Maintaining Automated Test Scripts Executing and Evaluating Test Cases Bug Identification and Tracking Collaborating with Development Teams Creating Test Plans and Scenarios Participating in Product Design Reviews Lead the planning, design, and execution of testing strategies across projects Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans , test cases , and test scripts Coordinate and oversee daily test activities for the QA team Define test objectives, criteria, and success metrics for various test phases Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliverables Ensure full test coverage for functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing Lead the implementation of automated testing solutions and frameworks Review and approve test deliverables and documentation from QA team members. Required Skills Manual Testing Strong ability to execute test cases and validate software manually Automation Testing Hands-on with automation tools (e.g., Selenium , UFT , TestNG ) Test Planning & Strategy Ability to define and manage comprehensive test plans Test Case Design – Creation of detailed and reusable test scenarios and test cases Defect Management – Experience with defect logging, tracking, and lifecycle (using JIRA , Bugzilla , etc.) Tools Used =========== Selenium : For web application testing across different browsers1. JUnit : For unit testing in Java environments1. TestNG : For high-volume automated testing1. Appium : For mobile application testing on iOS and Android1. Postman : For API testing and automation1. Apache JMeter : For performance testing1.
