Hi All,

We are hiring for one of the Big4.

Role - ITSM Integrations

Job Type - Permanent

Location - Hyderabad

Experience - 4+ Years

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. ITSM and Integrations

Implement and configure core
ITSM modules
(Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.).
Develop
REST/SOAP API integrations
between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., monitoring tools, HR, CRM, ITOM).
Design
flow designer
,
integration hub
, and
MID server
solutions for seamless data exchange.
Work closely with process owners to automate workflows and improve cross-system data consistency.

2. Virtual Agent & Now Assist (GenAI)

Design and configure
Virtual Agent
topics, conversations, and custom widgets.
Integrate
Virtual Agent with Microsoft Teams, Slack
, or other collaboration tools.
Leverage
Now Assist (GenAI)
to enable intelligent recommendations, summarizations, and automation across ITSM processes.
Develop and maintain
custom conversational flows
and leverage
NLP/NLU models
within ServiceNow.

3. Development & Customization

Customize UI pages, catalog items, and client/server scripts using
JavaScript, Glide API, and Service Portal
.
Use
Flow Designer
,
Scripted REST APIs
, and
UI Policies
for advanced automation.
Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices within ServiceNow.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with ITSM process owners, platform architects, and business analysts to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers or admins.
Participate in platform upgrades and ensure backward compatibility of custom components.
