We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Development Management Leader to oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation in full stack and low-code/no-code platforms, a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and a proven track record of leading Agile/Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will also bring expertise in team structuring, mentoring, and modern hiring practices to build and sustain high-performing development teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage cross-functional software development teams, including full stack and low-code/no-code developers. Define and enforce SDLC best practices, ensuring consistent and high-quality software delivery. Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Oversee architectural decisions, code quality, and technical documentation. Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Implement and refine hiring strategies to attract and retain top engineering talent. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Promote a DevOps mindset and CI/CD practices for streamlined deployments Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong command of SDLC principles and Agile/Scrum frameworks. Hands-on experience with full stack development (e.g., JavaScript, .NET, Python) and low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Mendix). Proven ability to build and scale development teams, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Power Platform CoE toolkit or similar governance frameworks . Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools. Exposure to Microsoft D365 software/middleware stacks or similar enterprise platforms is a plus. Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, SAFe) or SDLC -related disciplines.
