About the Role
We are looking for an
SDE-1,
to join our Analytics team
. In this role, you will develop scalable and modular analytics modules and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust, cutting-edge healthcare applications.
A Day in the Life
In this role, you will work closely with our Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to build the solution architecture that will support customer objectives. Youll work with some of the brightest minds in the industry, work with one of the richest healthcare data sets in the world, use cutting-edge technology, and see your efforts affect products and people on a regular basis. The ideal candidate is someone that
- Has healthcare experience and is passionate about helping heal people,
- Strong programming skills and a problem-solving mindset,
- A sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables,
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions based on available data and reasonable assumptions,
- Strong skills in data interrogation, analysis, and synthesis,
What You Need
- 1 3 years of hands-on Python development experience
- Strong understanding of
data structures and algorithms, solid grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP)
principles - Experience working with
relational databases
and good knowledge of Database Management Systems (DBMS) and SQL.
- Exposure to
modern cloud-based databases
such as Snowflake.
- Ability to write
clean, efficient, and maintainable code
with strong debugging and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CICD, Docker.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Easily adapt and learn new things whether it s a new library, framework, process, or visual design concept
