You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application code. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key decisions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Participate in design and architecture discussions. Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workplace Technology Solutions. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Experience in analyzing, designing, coding, and testing application components. Knowledge of database concepts and SQL. Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workplace Technology Solutions. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years of full-time education is required. Qualifications 15 years of full time education
