Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the application meets the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall functionality and performance of the applications you work on. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated testing tools. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
