Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that meet client needs. You will be responsible for managing your tasks effectively while ensuring high-quality deliverables and maintaining a focus on continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of learning. - Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ab Initio. - Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of data processing workflows. - Familiarity with data quality and data governance principles. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Ab Initio. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education
