Role Overview: - Design, develop, and maintain software applications using object-oriented programming principles and best practices. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry standards and guidelines. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging of software applications. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure software solutions align with business needs. - Design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable technical solutions. - Contribute to the technical architecture of the platform to ensure extensibility and adaptability. - Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and frameworks in software development. - Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance and support, and propose solutions to enhance software performance, scalability, and reliability. - Participate in agile software development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospectives. Qualifications Required: - Full-time on-site position located in Kolkata, Durgapur, Jaipur, or Madurai. - Salary commensurate with 3-5 years of experience in software development.,
