Role Overview

SDE-2

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices.
Participate in architecture and system design discussions.
Write clean, efficient and well-tested code.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Collaborate with Product, Design and DevOps teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Ensure best practices in coding, security and performance.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.

Required Skills & Experience:

3-8 years of backend development experience.
Strong foundation in
Data Structures, Algorithms and System Design
.
Expertise in backend languages such as
Java / Python / Go
(any one mandatory).
Experience with
microservices architecture
, REST APIs, distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with
AWS/GCP
, relational/non-relational databases, caching and messaging queues.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Mandatory: Prior experience in
product-based companies
