Webstep Technologies is looking for Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems.
• Respond to and resolve IT-related issues and incidents.
• Document and report on IT support activities and performance.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
• Collaborate with other IT team members for support needs.
• Stay updated with advancements in IT support practices and technologies.

· Troubleshoot application issues, including software defects, database processing blocks, and configuration errors.

• Take ownership of technical issues by working closely with developers to resolve more complicated problems.
• Designing and delivering high-quality digital solutions for complex business needs.
• Skilled in streamlining workflows, improving system efficiency, and supporting large-scale projects, including work in the banking sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 years in Technical Product Support, a similar role, or a background in software development.

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
