About the Role

Senior Software Engineer or Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the
design, development, and maintenance
of interactive kiosk applications using
WPF and C#
.
Implement and enforce the
MVVM pattern
for clean, modular, and testable code.
Collaborate with Product Managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver robust features.
Provide
architectural direction
and participate in hands-on coding to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews, uphold coding standards, and mentor junior team members.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize kiosk applications, including
hardware integrations
(touchscreens, printers, card readers, etc.).
Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and best practices in software development.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering
, or related field.
Minimum
4 years of software development experience
, including
2+ years working with WPF applications
.
Strong proficiency in
C# and .NET frameworks
.
Knowledge of
MVVM design pattern
(highly preferred).
Experience integrating software with
hardware peripherals
in kiosk environments.
Demonstrated leadership ability or prior experience as a
Team Lead
.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
