Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and a proven ability to develop scalable and efficient web applications. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our software solutions and driving project success. Job Location and Address: This requirement is Full Time and working from the office only. No Hybrid or Remote is available. The Incumbent is required to work in the following location: Plot No E 275, Industrial Area, Sector 75, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160071 Responsibilities: Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Frontend Development: Implement user interfaces with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks, primarily React.js. Backend Development: Design and implement server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Database Management: Work with MongoDB to design and implement database schemas, and ensure data consistency and integrity. API Development: Create and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend components. Code Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application operation. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Version Control: Use Git for version control and contribute to the teams best practices in terms of code review and deployment. Testing: Write unit tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the codebase, and participate in the overall testing strategy of the project. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and processes . Requirements Requirements: We are looking for a person who has: 2 to 4 years of experience. Knowledge of database (MySQL, Mssql, Mongodb) Strong handling on OOPS concepts. Strong proficiency with JavaScript. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Knowledge of node js frameworks like NextJs, NestJS. Good understanding of RESTful APIs. Able to solve complex problems using suitable algorithms and data structures. Understanding and implementation of security and data protection. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Passionate about writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Good communication skills.
