Full-Stack MERN Developer (Fresher) — Hackrest

What you’ll do

• Work on real-world projects using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
• Assist in designing and developing new features for our web applications.
• Collaborate with experienced developers, product managers, and designers.
• Learn best practices in coding, testing, and debugging.
• Continuously upskill yourself with guidance from mentors.

What we’re looking for

• Recent graduate (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or equivalent) with a focus on Computer Science or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and eagerness to master the MERN stack.
• Familiarity with React or Node.js through projects, internships, or coursework.
• Good understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Bonus points if you have

• Built small projects using MERN (personal, academic, or hackathon).
• Solved coding challenges on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, or Codeforces.
• Exposure to Git/GitHub for version control.
