Software Developer- Fresher

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Software Developer (Fresher) to join our development team. You will be involved in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications while working closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements and participate in software design discussions.
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Work on front-end, back-end, or full-stack development tasks as assigned.
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
• Write technical documentation, API documentation, and user guides when needed.
• Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and development trends.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of programming concepts (variables, loops, functions, OOP, etc.).
• Knowledge of any programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot (added advantage).
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and passion for building quality software.
