Job Description

Monitor and maintain core systems like TCS BaNCS, ODIN, and third-party trading/back-office platforms
Handle day-to-day support requests related to trade processing, settlements, compliance, DP, and reporting modules
Investigate and resolve application issues, errors, or performance lags across integrated platforms
Coordinate with software vendors (g, Tata Consultancy Services, FT) for issue resolution, upgrades, and patch deployments
Support system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment of new modules or regulatory features
Document technical configurations, workflows, incident logs, and change history
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Risk, Compliance, etc) for smooth functioning of business applications
Ensure system compliance with SEBI, exchange (NSE/BSE), NSDL/CDSL guidelines and audit standards
Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in software/application support within the stockbroking or BFSI domain
Hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS, ODIN, or similar market-standard platforms
Working knowledge of SQL, shell scripting, and Windows/Linux-based server environments
Understanding of capital markets operations, RMS, depository systems, and trading life cycle
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and vendor coordination skills
Desirable Skills: Familiarity with APIs, file exchange protocols (SFTP), and batch process monitoring
Knowledge of tools like Jira, Grafana, or any system health monitoring dashboard
Awareness of SEBI compliance requirements and exchange circulars affecting software configurations
