The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IVD sector, with expertise in selling diagnostic instruments, reagents, rapid tests, and ELISA kits. This role involves developing regional sales strategies, managing distributor and customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. --- Key Responsibilities:- * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets * Identify and onboard new clients, hospitals, diagnostic labs, and distributors * Promote a portfolio of IVD products, including instruments, reagents, and rapid test kits * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers * Manage a team of sales representatives and guide their performance * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs * Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions * Coordinate with the marketing, technical, and logistics teams for seamless execution * Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates --- Candidate Requirements:- * Bachelors or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field * Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the IVD or diagnostics industry * Strong knowledge of IVD products, especially instruments and ELISA/rapid tests * Proven track record in achieving sales targets and regional market development * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills * Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

Responsibilities: Gemstone Evaluation: Examine and identify various gemstones using gemological tools and equipment. Assess the quality, cut, color, and clarity of gemstones. Determine authenticity and origin of gemstones through testing techniques. Pricing and Valuation: Establish fair market values for gemstones based on current market trends, rarity, and quality. Negotiate prices with suppliers and buyers to ensure profitable transactions. Keep abreast of industry trends and fluctuations in gemstone prices. Procurement: Source gemstones from reputable suppliers and mines. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality gemstones. Conduct due diligence on potential suppliers to ensure ethical and legal standards are met. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and sell gemstones.
