Job Description 10+ years of working experience with industry-standard messaging systems Apache Kafka, Apache Pulsar, Rabbit MQ.Experience configuring Kafka for large-scale deployments is desirableHands-on experience with building reactive microservices using any popular Java stack.Experience building applications using Java 11 best practices and functional interfaces.Understanding Kubernetes custom operators is desirableExperience building stateful streaming applications using Kafka streams, Apache Flink is a plus.Experience with open telemetry/ tracing / Jaeger is a plus. BS/MS degrees in Computer Science or Computer Engineering Strong, object-oriented design and coding skills using Java language Hands on experience on any one cloud – AWS, Azure, Google or Oracle is a must Experience with relational databases Solid understanding in Rest API development Experience in operating high-throughput software systems in cloud environments Ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast paced environment. Career Level - IC5 Responsibilities As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Define specifications for significant new projects and specify, design and develop software according to those specifications. You will perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
