Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the Periscope team in Gurgaon, India, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and pressing challenges alongside curious, ambitious, and determined leaders. Your role will involve collaborating with Periscope leadership and client representatives, enabling process improvements, supporting clients in their usage of Periscope solutions, and acting as a bridge between client business challenges and Periscope capabilities. You will also play a key role in advising clients on competitive insights, configuring the Periscope solution as per client needs, and planning and executing the roll-out of applications beyond engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Work with Periscope leadership and client representatives in joint problem-solving sessions - Enable process improvements to gain efficiencies and enable a faster transition to steady state - Support clients in their usage of Periscope solution and engage with client sponsors and program leadership - Drive the process of converting and enriching client raw data and deliver insights related to business challenges - Bridge client requirements and solution capabilities by structuring and configuring the Periscope solution as per client needs - Plan and execute the roll-out of applications beyond engagements - Manage relationships with senior leaders & cross-functional teams throughout the project life cycle - Coach and mentor junior team members by sharing business, functional, and technical expertise Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or masters degree (MBA is a plus) - 9+ years of relevant professional work experience acting as the interface of business and technology - Strong project management skills - Knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, or SQL - Strong knowledge of working with large databases, data visualization tools, and IT solution applications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Creative problem-solving skills and ability to handle risks and ambiguous situations - Analytical and strategic focus with the ability to draw conclusions from multiple data sources - Keen understanding of process and knowledge of key client service processes - Thoughtful and comfortable communicator with the ability to facilitate discussions and conduct training - Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership and action-oriented mindset - Able to work well within teams across continents/time zones - Ability to bring structure and organization to work autonomously - High level of entrepreneurship, creativity, resilience, and people leadership skills,
